Nice hotel. A bit difficult to get yo from the tube. Room was nice. Comfortable bed and pillows and clean. I do wish they gave washcloths. Breakfast was good and the service very nice. Munaza, Mohammad and Greta kept the breakfast area very clean.

What a place far away from home. The six days that I spent at the hotel were worth it all. The staff are welcoming, very friendly and at the same time professional. The area is very clean, organised and the atmosphere is very pleasant and conducive for a comfortable stay. The meals are provided at optimal times and I liked the sausages for breakfast . Check-in and check-out is uncomplicated, assistance through staff is available 24 hrs. What a lovely place to be. IQBAL and SAHANA , you guys are incredible employees, I really appreciate your hospitality

A lovely place to stay, very calm environment lobby and dining area is very well looked after, the rooms are very well tended, staff and room staff are wonderful. Had a lovely vegan breakfast, but had to request the vegan meat substitute. The only minor issues are, a bit or rust and issues with the shower and no bin bags. Little one loved that it looks like a castle on one side.

I'll stay here again. Cheerful front desk team always helpful. I did have a problem with a sink draining slowly and someone took care of it quickly. Food & bar was good - large selection. I was very happy with the room cleaning and detail. Each evening we would come back to a great looking room....I mention this because our schedule made it difficult for them to get access to our rooms, but they always made it work.

Great one night stay after an overnight flight. Was able to check in a little early which was much appreciated. Beds were comfy and room was great. Walking the neighbourhood felt safe for two women travellers. Sahana at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. 5 stars for her alone! Highly recommend.

A quick overnight stop here, room was fine, TV was smallish but worked well. I had a bath in my room, which I always like. The room was clean, coffee and tea provided in the room too. Plenty of food options if you don't eat here, the nearby Portuguese restaurant is recommended. Good sleep quality, and comfortable bed and especially pillows. Breakfast was pretty good with fresh fruit too. cookies on arrival and staff were good. Nice brief stay.

This stay was great! Room was clean, AC ran great, breakfast service had a nice selection, and the staff everywhere was kind and helpful. It was almost an hour’s trip just to get into the city (via public transportation) which is my only complaint(and not the hotel’s fault), but I figured out their buses easily.

The rooms are clean, bed is good, bathroom is fine. Decent parking space. Helpful staff with my personal experience. Overall we had good time but the car parking system depressed me after 2 months. This was due to SMART PARKING who takes parking charge but doesn’t update their system even after hotel informs them to correct one letter mistake. Please make sure to get the details about car parking and the charges being paid while checking in. The staff at reception are helpful but sometimes a small human error may put you in a big trouble. Reception should make sure to check with customer about correct license plate if parked and confirming it to avoid unnecessary parking charges from Smart Parking. Smart Parking does not cooperate well with hotel and take longer to resolve any minor mistake. Manager and other staff including reception dealing with parking needs to update their system to resolve the error as soon as a customer raises any such issue. Thanks to manager and staff involved to resolve my issue with smart parking.
